Delivery coverage
We deliver all over Pakistan through PostEx.

Free delivery
Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges.

Order confirmation
After you place an order, we confirm your details by WhatsApp or phone call. Orders are dispatched only after confirmation, so please keep your phone available. If we cannot reach you or the details are incorrect, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within [2-3] working days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes [5-7] working days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays, weather and courier delays can add extra time.

Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we send the tracking number on WhatsApp. You can track it on the PostEx website.

Cash on Delivery
You pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Incorrect address
Please enter your full address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Damaged parcels
Please check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged before accepting it. If it looks opened or damaged, do not accept it and message us on WhatsApp at 03137287946.
